Synopsis
This 12m fishing vessel caught fire while unattended alongside her berth. The evidence indicated that the fire was electrical in origin and plant had been left running

Consider the dangers involved in unattended operational machinery and live electrical circuits and ensure that an efficient port watch is maintained at all times
