| Fv Shark | Foundering of fishing vessel off the coast of La Coruna | 18/09/08 | The MAIB investigation into the foundering of the Anglo-Spanish fishing vessel SHARK TN99 on 18 September 2008, has been discontinued. In reaching this decision, the Chief Inspector has carefully considered the circumstances and has concluded that the current separate investigation being conducted by the Maritime & Coastguard Agency's enforcement unit is likely to be more appropriate in this case. |
