Shark & Royalist
This report contains details of the investigations into the fire on board FV Shark on 19 January 2008 and the foundering of FV Royalist on 23 January 2008.
It has been decided to combine the results of each investigation to produce a single report to better illustrate MAIB concern over a number of common safety issues.
