Safety Bulletins 2001
Safety Bulletins are produced when urgent safety issues emerge during the course of an investigation and an Inspector decides to disseminate this important information in advance of the main investigation report being published.
The following Safety Bulletins were issued in 2001;
Collision between Ash and Dutch Aquamarine south-east of Hastings in the Dover Traffic Separation Scheme with the loss of one life 9 October 2001.
Accident to crew member on board Grand Turk while alongside in HM Dockyard, Portsmouth on 24 August 2001. Issued October 2001.
